of Ortonville; died September 13, 2015. He was 61. Born March 16, 1954 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Louis Fay and Iola May (nee: Tubbs). He is survived by two children, Tara (Duane) Jensen and Paul Maxon; three grandchildren, Eric, James and Julie Jensen; two brothers, Bradley (Shelly) Maxon and David (Denise) Maxon; also survived by a host of friends; he was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Maxon and his step-mother, Barbara Maxon. Gordie was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a tree trimmer for Detroit Edison for 26 years. He was a member of the Ortonville Lions Club and a community caregiver often plowing driveways and mowing lawns anonymously in Ortonville.
