of Waterford, passed away in his sleep Monday, June 12, 2017 at 87 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy for 63 years. Loving father of Deborah Blackerby, Carol Cutcher, George Blackerby and the late Chris Blackerby. Proud grandfather of Dean, Shelly, Jeremy, Jeffery, Greg and Stevi-Leigh; great grandfather of 7. He will be miss by many family members, friends, and all who knew him.p
