MEGER, GERALD DANIEL, age 82, of Clarkston, passed away July 8, 2022. He was born on September 20, 1939, In Auburn Heights, Michigan, son to the late Chester and Marian Meger (nee Zywicki). Loving husband of the late Dana; dear father of Gerald R. (Kim) Meger, Kevin (Pam) Meger, Mary Pettit and Michael Pettit; proud grandfather of Mitch, Monica, Kelsi, Paige, Broc and Madison; great grandfather of Liam; brother of Richard Meger, Catherine (Roger) Houck, Larry Meger, Diane (Bob) Hester, Susan (Randy) Ratliff, and Lucy (Joe) Husereau. Nephew of Bernie (Ron) Jorgenson. Gerald enjoyed the music of Elvis, playing his guitar, golf, painting and scratching winning lottery tickets. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, 10:00 AM with an instate of 9:30 AM at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church; 5481 Dixie Highway, Waterford. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home- Waterford. Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery.
