HOUSTINA, GEORGE "GARY", age 77, of Waterford, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021. Born June 12, 1943. He is survived by his mother; Marion Houstina, his loving wife Clara of 60 years; children, Shelly Houstina Leinenger, Susie (Andy) Marvin, Stacey Houstina, and Gary (Angela) Houstina; grandchildren, Lynsie and Jordan Leinenger and Sydney, Sara, and Anna Houstina, and many loving friends and family. Gary was preceded in death by his father George Houstina and brother Earl Houstina. Gary had a big personality, loved people, and treated everyone like family. He loved the horse track, casino and could never pass up a poker game. As he always said, "Trust everyone, but always cut the deck." All his life he enjoyed spending time in Lewiston on the lake and loved hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished time with family and friends. Gary will be missed deeply by all of those that knew him. His famous last words were always "God loves you and so do I". Due to restrictions of the current pandemic, a private memorial service will be held for his family at COATS FUNERAL HOME - Waterford.
