WHEELER, GARY A. of Waterford, passed away surrounded by his loving family on March 28, 2024 at 52 years of age. Born in Pontiac March 15, 1972 to Herbert and Carolyn (née Bienenstein) Wheeler; loving husband and soul mate of Kim (née Simpson) for 32 years; dear father of Lindsey (Sam) Lee, Thomas (Helen) Blakely, Cecily (Rico) Martin, Gary (Carly) Wheeler, and Austin (Tyler) Wheeler; grandfather of 17 with one on the way; brother of Heather McIntosh, Joey Wheeler, and Christie (Nick) Rigoulot. A truck driver by trade, Gary owned and operated Gary & Sons Towing for 16 years and purchased Simpson Towing from his father in law in 2020 which he operates with his sons to this day. A simple man and jokester, Gary lived for working; watching sports; and most importantly loving and caring for his family.  He will be forever loved and missed and can never be replaced. A celebration of Gary's life will be held Sunday, April 7 from 12 to 5 PM at Overtyme Grill & Tap Room, 4724 Dixie Hwy, Waterford. Arrangements entrusted to COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD.
