HAGADONE, GARY E. of Waterford, passed away February 10, 2022 at 75 years of age. Loving husband and best friend of Joyce (nee Houle) for 54 years; dear father of Ann (Brian) DelGreco, Glen (Angela) Hagadone, and Clare (Lisa Banks) Hagadone; grandfather of Jessica, Ciara, Lily, Ayden, and Izebella; great grandfather of Noah; brother of Doreen (the late Ed) Hudson, Donny (Karen) Hagadone, the late Renee Batton, and the late Arnold (Betty) Hagadone. Gary was a veteran of the US Army-Vietnam and awarded the Purple Heart. He retired from GMC Truck & Bus in 1993 after 30 years of service and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Gary was an avid fisherman of all types of fishing. He also enjoyed building model ships; map making; reading; movies; and video games. He was very easy going man who dearly loved and cared for his family. He will always be remembered and dearly missed by his loving family. Gary will be laid to rest with military honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Arrangements entrusted to COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD.
