FISHER, GARRY L. of Clarkston, passed away March 19, 2024 at 67 years of age. Loving husband of Darlene (née Tibbitts) for 26 years; father of Ryan (Kelly) Fisher, Heather Fisher, and Jennifer Tibbitts; grandfather of Deja, Iliana, Evan, and AJ; brother of Donna (Jim) Ventimiglia and Patty (Ford) Price; uncle to many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his parents Forest Fisher and Loretta (née Bland) Cannavo. Garry was a graduate of Pontiac Northern where he still holds the record for underwater swimming. He worked 20 years at Inter-Lakes Steel in White Lake and 25 years with Ford Motor Co. An avid fisherman and occasionally hunting, Garry loved getting on his tractor with a Bud in the holder and mow the grass. He was handy with craft and woodworking building some of the most beautiful birdhouses. He didn't go for the beautiful cars but he sure enjoyed working on them. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, (8909 Dixie Hwy). Family will receive friends Saturday 11 AM until time of service. Memorial donations would be greatly appreciated to American Heart Association.
