of Waterford, passed away on June 9, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born in Burwick, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1928. Loving husband and friend of Mary Harmon for 70 wonderful years; dear brother of the late Mary Wynnings; Precious father of Deborah Sue (Michael) Dowlan, the late Rick John Harmon and Angelia Candice (Michael) Meador; cherished grandfather to 7 and great grandfather to 10. A memorial will be held in the near future.
