WATSON, FRANK, JR.; was born on July 24, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Geneva Thomas of Alabama and Frank Watson, Sr. of Mississippi. He was the youngest of two children from that union. Frank graduated from Eastern High School in Detroit, Michigan in June of 1961. He served two years in the Armed Services as a Medical Attendant. Frank enjoyed reading, walking and a good game of basketball. Frank worked as a Building Attendant and Boiler Operator with the City of Detroit, Department of Public Works, where he retired in 1997?? Frank was a quiet, gentle man who loved to help family and considered everyone he met a friend. Frank is preceded in death by his sister Sandra Bey and his niece Diane Shivers. He leaves to cherish his memory one nephew, Elihu Bey, two nieces, Margaret (Tony) Villabol, and Nicole Bey, four great-nephews, Antonio, Alexander, Quinten and Brandon, five great-nieces, Ashley, Alexis, Alyssa, Chyna, and Morgan, and one great-great-niece, Zoe, along with a host of other beloved family and friends.
