Proud grandfather of Hailee Milmine, Corey Wood, and Shelby Fredericksen. Dear brother of Janet (Robert) Penilo, Bill (Joan) Milmine, Ed (Lisa) Milmine, the late Jerry (Kim) Milmine, and the late Michael Milmine. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was also an avid amateur radio operator. He enjoyed Nascar, especially #48 Jimmie Johnson.
