MORAN, FRANCISCO "FRANK" JR., age 69 of Highland, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021. He was born on July 1, 1951 in Eagle Pass, Texas to parents Francisco Sr. and Josephine Moran. Frank proudly served in the United States Army and later retired from GM. He loved traveling, music, and playing guitar. Frank was the loving husband of Star Moran; father of Teresa (Brent) Sterling; grandfather of Brent (Eryn) Sterling, Quentin (Savanna) Sterling; great grandfather to Layla Bea; brother to Erlinda, Alicia (Chuck), Eddie (Cindy), Consuelo, John (Carmela), Margarita (Pete) Vasquez, Anthony (Dani); he is also survived by his loyal companion, Maya; and many nieces and nephews. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family Celebration of Life will be held.
