of Waterford died August 5, 2010 at 66 years of age. Loving husband of Ruth for 45 years; dearest father of Michele (Devon) Cozart, Jeffrey and Chad Chapel; grandfather of 6 and step grandfather of 2; beloved son of Vera and the late Leonard Chapel; brother of Evelyn (Harvey) Keith, Norma McCall, Martha (David) Berg and Diane (Dennis) Thomas. Floyd was a veteran of US Army Vietnam. He retired from GM in 2006 after 40 years of service. He was a member of Community Bible Church; an avid fisherman; loved motorcycles and dirt bikes in his younger days and gardening and homeopathic medicine in his later years. Most importantly Floyd was a loving and good family man.
