BELLANT, FLORENCE D., of Clarkston, passed away, Wednesday February 5, 2020, at 88 years of age. Born in Baraga, Michigan, on April 1, 1931, the daughter to the late Wesley and Dorothy Hovenin. Beloved wife of the late Orville "Jack" Walding and the late Edsel Bellant; loving mother of Anne (Gary) Sanford, Victoria (Greg) Beaudry and the late Robert John (Pamela) Walding; cherished grandmother of Angela (Glen), Randy (Jess), Susan (Ryan), Elizabeth (Dennis), Rebecca (Brian), Adam (Mary) and Rachel (Justin); great grandmother of 19 and great great grandmother of 6; dearest sister of Phyllis, Nancy, Dorothy Mae, the late Melvin and the late Ronald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Florence enjoyed her trips to the Upper Peninsula spending time at her cabin, playing her scratch off tickets, but most of all she loved playing Bingo. She had an ear for music, being able to play most instruments, the piano and accordion being her favorites. She also enjoyed just sitting and visiting with her many friends and family. Burial will be held at the Epoufette Cemetery, Epoufette, Michigan in the spring.
