Loving mother of Susan (David) High, Nancy (Michael) Morse, Frank (Paco) Fraquelli III, David (Lynn) Fraquelli, and Robert (Mary) Fraquelli. She was also step-mother to Don (Connie) Ling, Dave (Linda) Ling, Doyle (Anne) Ling, and Darcy Ling. Proud grandmother of Michael, David, Chad, Clark (Renee), Frank (Steph), Rita (Grant), Andy, and Joe. Beloved great grandmother of Madelynn, Skylar, Michael, and Kendall. Dear sister of Florence (Fred) Betz, Arlene Phillips, and Bud Clark. She is also survived by many dearly loved nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren. Evelynn was known for her kindness to others. She was a selfless soul who successfully raised 5 children. She never complained, she just made do. Those who loved her are poorer for her absence.
