Emma Jean Hardenburg, of Lake Orion, Michigan, passed on April 6, 2023.  She was 92 years old.  Emma was the beloved wife of the late Willard Hardenburg Jr. for 29 years.  Loving Mother of Craig (Beth) Whetstone, Carl (Linda) Whetstone, Brad (Lori) Whetstone and Cathy (Bob) Hardenburg.  Loving stepmother of Willard Hardenburg III, Robert (Cathy) Hardenburg, Barbara Hardenburg and Carrie (Fernando) Hardenburg.  Emma had 15 grandchildren and was great grandmother to 13.  Emma cherished her time spent with her family and she looked at life through the lens of love and laughter.  She was an avid bowler and enjoyed "everything" golf, playing as well as watching on TV.  The family would like to thank Trinity Hospice for their kindness during her brief illness.
