PEEL, ELWIN E. "Al" of Davisburg, formerly of Pontiac, passed away April 28, 2020 at 73 years of age. Elwin was born in Pontiac, Michigan, on October 22, 1946, son to the late George and Florence Peel. He married the former Judith D. Rains in Pontiac on November 23, 1969. He is survived by his beloved wife Judy for 50 years; his loving daughters Kelly Peel (Paul Sommers) and Bobbie (Jason) Whitten; his dearest grandchildren Chad, Lanie, Colin and Nick "Alan". He is also survived by his sisters Doris Gallaty and Sherry Peel; Brother Mike (Debbie) Peel; sister in laws Marsha Bishop Sexton and Sue Peel and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceded in death by his brothers Gary, Doyle and Jackie Peel, sister in law Mable Peel and brother in law Dave Gallaty. Al worked and retired after 33 years of faithful service from General Motors. His favorite pastime was riding on his John Deere tractor while mowing and tending to his yard. A graveside service will take place at Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston once the Corona Virus sanctions have been lifted. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
