Loving husband of the late Marian Whaley; dear father of Ted (Mary) Whaley, Tom (Beth) Whaley, Tami (Doug) Miller and the late Toni Tiedeman; special grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 17 and great-great grandfather of 5. Elmer was a test driver for GM for over 32 years, and he loved to work. He was also a US Air Force Veteran.
