JOYCE', of Troy, formerly of Waterford, passed away July 5, 2018 at 87 years of age, joining her beloved husband Arnold. Mother of Diana (Gary) Fusciardi, Linda (Ken Miller) Simmons and David (Renee) Simmons; grandmother of Michael, Eric (Christine), Ryan, Kyle, Kelly (William) and Cassandra; great grandmother of Anna and Freddie. Joyce volunteered at the Waterford Library, bringing books to the homebound, and was co owner of R-Joy Theatres, having once operated the Oxford Twin Cinemas.
