HELM, ELIZABETH M. "BETTY" of Pontiac, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 15, 2021 at 83 years of age. Loving wife of Ron for 28 years, and the late Hugh Goodnoe; dear mother of Mark (Teresa) Goodnoe; step mother of Ginger (fiancé Jody Gauthier) Helm, Jason (Tracy) Helm, and Bruce Helm; grandmother of Michael, Damien, Jordan, Abbey, Madalyn, and the late Erica; great grandmother of Kristen, Kaleb, and Kameron; great great grandmother of Kash and Willow; preceded in death by 12 siblings. Betty was a faithful member of St. Trinity Lutheran Church from its origin in Pontiac to its current location in Clarkston. Betty and Ron met at the Catalina Lounge and they spent 28 years at each other's side. Betty enjoyed dancing; a good game of farkle; numerous card games from rummy to euchre; and she loved angels. Even though she will be dearly missed by her family, they take comfort in knowing she is in the arms of the Lord.
