CORKINS, ELAINE MARIE, of Waterford, MI passed away August 5, 2023 at 82 years of age. Born March 27, 1941 in Pontiac, Michigan; daughter of the late Merritt and Lila Johnson (nee Linebaugh); cherished mother of Sheryl (Ken) Hermanson, Lori Corkins, Kay Corkins, Raymond Corkins and Anthony Corkins; loving grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 5; Elaine is also survived by siblings: Gloria (Phillip) Bridger and Michael (Ellen) Johnson. She was preceded in death by loving husband of 61 years, Jerry Corkins and siblings: Duane Johnson, Bernadine Dehaven, and Jereann Crawford. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
