PRIEBE, EDNA MAE, age 94, of Rochester Hills, formerly of New Port Richie, Florida. Passed away May 28, 2024. She was born on October 20, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Archie and Ellen Pate (nee Douglas). Loving wife of the late Richard for 70 wonderful years; dear mother of Pamela (Dennis) Dunlavey and Sandra (Joseph) Drolz; proud grandmother of Sara (Mike) Chaffin, Leanne (Jacob) Westrate, Robert (Elizabeth) Drolz, and Catherine (Scott) Mandel; great grandmother of Ethan, Ayla, Maya, Owen, Adrian, and Isaac. Edna and her husband lived in many Oakland County communities over the years but enjoyed spending winters in New Port Ritchie, Florida. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, knitting, and reading. At Edna's request, a private service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. Memorial donations in Edna's name may be made to the Clarkston United Methodist Church.
