ROSS, DOUGLAS J. of Clarkston and Waterford, passed away September 23, 2022 at 67 years of age. Loving father of Mandy (Jonathan) Haynes; grandfather of Samantha Adams; cherished son of  Phyllis and the late Clayton Ross; brother of Richard (Vera) Ross, David Ross (Yvonne Reeves), Duane (Terry) Ross, and Denise Ross; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Doug was born in Pontiac, MI and was a 1973 graduate of Waterford Kettering High School. He was a career salesman with several companies including Schiller Tobacco & Candy in Dearborn. A classic car enthusiast, Doug would attend any or all car shows and looked forward to the Dream Cruise. He was the life of the party who was known for his love of diet Mountain Dew; cherry pie; bad jokes; his sense of humor and pranks; and creative gift card giving. He will be forever missed by all who loved him. Memorial service will be Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 3795 Sashabaw Rd, Waterford. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the family would be greatly appreciated.
