(Rogus/Belisle), passed away on December 9, 2016, at 101 years of age. A life long resident of the Pontiac/Waterford area, she resided in Steamboat Springs, CO for the past 10 years She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell, and son, Robert. Dora is survived by her son, William (Lucelia) Belisle, three grandchildren: Stacy (Edward) Parcell, Scott Belisle, and Sarosha Stockton, and nieces and nephews. Dora retired from the Waterford School District in 1978. She is a life member of the VFW Post 1008, a member of the Drayton Plaines Community Presbyterian Church, and a member of the Waterford Senior Center. Her husband, David J. Belisle, was killed in October, 1944 during WWII.
