Donna Eulene Paladino, a beloved resident of Waterford, passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be cherished by all who knew her. Born in Pontiac, Michigan, Donna was the daughter of William Monroe and Bertha Gilbert Gann (nee Ridley). Donna's life was blessed with the love of her life, Michael Paladino, whom she met in a Pontiac nightclub where she worked. It was a chance encounter sparked by a generous tip that led to a beautiful romance. Their bond only grew stronger over time, culminating in 42 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Together, Donna and Michael were blessed with a daughter, Gina Paladino, who brought immeasurable joy into their lives. Donna embraced her role as a mother with unwavering dedication and love, and later found immense pride and happiness in being a grandmother to many sweet grandchildren. Donna was not only a devoted wife and mother but also a beloved sister to William (Suzy) Gann, a cherished aunt to her many nieces and nephews and close friend with Alyce Lyon. For over two decades, Donna dedicated herself to her work as a receptionist at Answering Services Incorporated. In her leisure time, Donna had a passion for travel, exploring various destinations across the United States, including Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Myrtle Beach. But perhaps Donna's most enduring legacy lies in the love and kindness she shared with everyone she met. Donna Eulene Paladino will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave.
