of Bloomfield Township, formerly of Waterford went to be with the Lord, September 4, 2015 at 84 years of age. Loving husband of Josephine for 66 years; beloved father of Lynne McLeish and Cheryl (David) Suggitt; dearest grandfather Erin (Chris) George, Laura (Jarod Malestein) Ingram, Tracy Suggitt and Dana (Drew) Temerowski; great grandfather of 7; brother of Kay Mattson of Lapeer; preceded in death by 6 siblings. Don was a veteran of the US Navy and Army Korea. He retired from the State of Michigan Mental Health after 30 years of service. He was a long time member of Community Presbyterian Church, Waterford; active with Waterford Golden Age Club; enjoyed camping with his family and square dancing. Most important, Don was a wonderful husband and father and enjoyed all of his granddaughters and great grandchildren.
