CHYBA, DONALD DOUGLAS, "Doug", age 69, of Waterford, passed away June 7, 2024. He was born on November 16, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan son to the late Donald and Jean Chyba (nee Gore). Loving father of Bill Chyba, Julie (Ryan) Sidock, and Brian (Jeanine) Chyba. Proud grandfather of Alex, Jessie, Kaylee, Logan, Nathan, Shane, Shelby, Kaitlynn, Brookelynn, Aubrey and the late Samantha. Great grandfather of 1. Brother of Cheryl (the late Edward) Martin and Steve (Dawn) Chyba.  Doug worked for General Motors for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed racing, motorcycles, cooking and was an active member of the American Legion Post 377. At the families' request no visitation or service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Coats Funeral Home- Waterford. Memorial donations in Doug's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Mid Michigan Motorplex.
