of Waterford, passed away on July 3, 2016 at 53 years of age. Beloved daughter of William and Marie France. Loving mother of Joshua Rode. Proud grandmother of Averie Rode. Dear sister of David France, Judith (Dave) Huckabay, Daniel (Janet) France, and Andrew France. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She loved animals, especially her dear pets.
