Hoover, Denis Arthur, age 65, of Clarkston, passed away November 11, 2023. He was born on September 11, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, son to Mary and the late Arthur Hoover. Dear brother of Joe (Susan) Hoover; loving Uncle of Sara (Mike) Carrico and Lisa (Dylan) Armstrong; great uncle of Nolan, Cade, Hunter, Luke, and Ace. The family would like to thank Will and Cindy Jones for the care their facility gave Denis over the past several years and to Dr. Kakar for his exceptional care. Denis was a graduate of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School, class of 1976, where he enjoyed playing football. In his spare time, he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed reading and watching James Bond movies. A Memorial Service will take place on December 9, 2023, 3:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Denis' name may be made to Footprint Missions.
