LOCKARD, DELORES MARIE, of Clarkston, passed away April 14, 2023, at 88 years old. Delores was born on April 22, 1934 in Ortonville, Michigan to parents the late Bruno and the late Catherine Josephine Pacer (nee Poli); beloved wife of the late David Monroe Lockard; cherished mother of Kim Marie (David Green) Lockard, Kathie Louise (Robert) Welfare, Thomas Bruno (Kimberly) Lockard, and Michael Patrick (Jane Taft) Lockard; adored grandmother of Sabrina (John) Hurd, Stephen (Poliana) Lockard, Meghann Taft-Lockard, Deirdre Taft-Lockard, Calum Taft-Lockard, Ajay Welfare and great grandmother of Jayda Nichols; preceded in death by her 3 siblings. Delores graduated from Clarkston High School in 1952. She met the love of her life, David, through work and together they raised a wonderful family in Clarkston. For much of her adult life, Delores was an antique dealer and enjoyed sharing her unique finds. In her free time, she loved knitting and quilting. A private graveside service will take place at Lakeview Cemetery.
