of Auburn Hill, passed away January 23, 2019 at 74 years of age. Born in Pontiac, Michigan the son to the late Caleb and Mabel Smith. Beloved husband of Claudia for 56 years; loving father of Cindy (Chris) Lambert, Kim (Tim) Simmons and the late Kenneth Ray Smith; proud grandpa of Matthew (Kelly) Coleman, Christopher (Stephanie) Coleman and Joshua (Jessica) Coleman; great grandpa of Cameron; dearest brother of Martha, Richard (Cheryl) Smith, the late Lela Roach and the late Eugene and David Smith. Also survived by his brother in law Charlie Roach and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Delbert owned and operated Smith Roofing for over 50 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Oklahoma.
