of Waterford, passed away May 10, 2019. David was born December 8, 1943 in Pontiac, Michigan. Cherished son of the late Paul and Ottila Kasat; s12px;"urvived by his ex-wife and friend Linda Kasat;/12px;" beloved father of Shelly (Jeff) Lane, Katarin (Martin) Legg, the late David LaPoint and the late Michael LaPoint; loving grandfather to 13 grandchildren and great-grandfather to many; dearest brother of the late Delbert Kasat, Raymond (Carol) Kasat and Doris (the Late Dan) Leach. David was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force ndash; Vietnam and retired from General Motors and Chrysler. In his spare time he was an avid wood worker, loved animals and will be missed by family and friends.
