of Waterford, died June 30, 2017 at 65 years of age. Born September 13, 1951 in Seattle, Washington the son of the late David and Edna Baskett; step-son of Marval Baskett. Beloved father of Misty (Dereck) Gilbert ; loving grandfather of Austin Slabough, Tiffany Slabough and their father Johnny Slabough; dearest brother of George (Terri) Baskett and the late Scott Baskett. Also survived by his niece Misty, nephew Matt, many other extended family and his best friend Jack the dog. David was a Veteran of the U S Air Force. He worked security for Fiserv in Florida, and also worked for the Jacksonville Police Department. After moving to Michigan, David worked for Samrsquo;s Club and worked on a degree in ministry becoming a non-denominational ordained minister.
