CRUZ, DANIEL of Davison, passed away September 22, 2021 at 52 years of age. Loving husband of Shelly for 13 years; dear father of  Armando Cruz, Addyson Cruz, Kristina Wells, and Brittany (Tristam) Craig; brother of Estela (George) Rose, Oscar (Sandra) Cruz, Irma (Mitch) King, Armando (Jill) Cruz, and Ernesto (Diana )Cruz. Preceded in death by his parents Maurilio and Maria Cruz. Dan was a commercial press operator for EGT Printing Solutions in Madison Heights for 26 years. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking and was developing his eye for photography. He was an avid golfer and a diehard Lions fan. His commitment to the Lions was always one home game and one away game with his buddies. A great person with a quick wit, he was always fun to be around and insisted that if you really really wanted something from him you better be prepared to call him El Guapo.  A handsome and loving man he will be dearly missed by all who loved him. A memorial service will be Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1 PM at  COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON. Family will receive friends Saturday 11 AM until time of service.
