PADILLA, DAMACIO "DON" of Pontiac, passed away March 20, 2023 at 65 years of age. Loving husband of Kimberly for 14 years; dear father of Gloria Padilla, Damacio (Kori) Padilla, Christopher (Claire) Brinkman, Stephanie Padilla, and Tina Brinkman; welo of 12; great welo of 1; brother of Edward (Elsie) Padilla, Eugenio (Sally) Padilla and Carol (Juan) Bonilla; Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Eugenio Padilla, Jorge and Estella Sanchez. Survived by the mother of his children Lillian Padilla and his precious grandbaby dog, Baby Boy. Damacio retired from GM in 2009 after 31 years of service. His specialty was car detailing opening his first business, Sparkling Bright in Pontiac. He enjoyed fishing; hunting; traveling; cooking, his specialty barbecue; and dancing. He enjoyed wearing a nice suit, considered himself stylish when he wanted to. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Burial follows at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford. Family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
