of Waterford, passed away June 8, 2019 at 62 years of age. Loving husband of Cheryl (nee Hoppie) for 26 years; dearest father of Taylor; brother of Lenore and Birdie; son in law of Lyle and the late Marlene Hoppie; brother in law of Jeff Hoppie. Preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Evelyn Johnson, and siblings, Randal and Theresa Johnson. Curtis was a 1974 graduate of Waterford Kettering, Central Michigan University, and Schoolcraft College of Culinary Arts. He was an athlete in all sports growing; avid golfer throughout his life; and an dedicated sports fan, "anything with a ball." Curtis will be remembered for his boisterous personality with an unforgettable laugh and selfless spirit. He will be dearly missed by his family and many devoted lifelong friends.
