age 65, passed away on August 9, 2015. He left behind a loving wife, Lena, a son Jason and grandson, Corey, who he loved very much. He was the loving son of Verna Hook. He also left behind a loving sister and true friend, Sherry, a sister, Terry and 4 brothers, Larry, Carey, Randy and the late Mark. Also preceded in death by his father, Ralph Hook. Rick was a proud Vietnam Veteran that put his life on the line literally every day he spent serving his country. He was a kind man of many layers ndash; a 'one of a kind'. If you were to know the true man that he was you couldnrsquo;t help but love him.
