FULKERSON, CONSTANCE ELIEEN, age 78, of Oxford, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Constance was born in Alma, Michigan on October 19, 1943 to parents Gerald and Minnie (nee Shaw) Scutt. Connie is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Conard; her daughter Courtney (Nathan) Grove; her brother Duane (Sandy) Scutt; her grandchildren Jakob Grove, Noah Grove, Jonah Grove, Seth Grove, Luke Grove, and Justin Livingston; and her great-grandchild Mia Livingston. Connie was preceded in death by her son, Louis Livingston and her parents, Gerald and Minnie. Anyone who knew Connie could easily tell you that her grandchildren were her life as she enjoyed spending every moment possible with them. Connie will be remembered as a great person as she was loved by many and will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the spring/summer of 2022.
