of Clarkston, formerly of Detroit passed away January 5, 2017 at 96 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Robert J.; cherished mother of Robert (Anne) Burns and Moira Burns. Christine was born in Ireland and immigrated to Detroit with her parents at age 4. She married her husband, Robert, after WWII and began raising their family. Christine attended business school and was a secretary for Federal Department Store and RIS Gauges. After retirement, she enjoyed several trips back to her homeland in Ireland and cherished time spent there with family. br
