of Waterford, passed away suddenly, April 2, 2017 at 75 years of age. Loving wife of Charles for 54 years; dear mother of Robert (Laurie) Deschaine, Dawn McDonald, and Steve Deschaine; grandmother of Kaitlin, Joshua, Megan, and Emily; sister of Janice (Chuck) Ferrero, Joann (Francis) Mulso, and the late Ida Jane Cameron; sister in law of Don Cameron. Charlotte enjoyed golfing and traveling. She took card playing to the extreme, playing on three card leagues. She was a 40 year member of Our Lady of the Lakes Church. She will be missed by her loving family, friends, and for her 'joke of the day'.
