of Clarkston, passed away November 27, 2018 at 73 years of age. Dear father of Shannon (Kieth) Scholz and Todd (Amy) Pompa; grandfather of Callie and Caden Scholz; brother of Nancy (Al) Boughner, Rosalind (Michael) Chrisman, Kathleen (Michael) Mitchell, and Joseph (Linda) Pompa; survived by the mother of his children, Sharon Pompa. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Virginia (nee Jones), andbrothers, Richard, William, and Michael Pompa. Charlie was a veteran of the US Navy, and retired from GM in 2007 after 43 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed his Harley Davidson and NASCAR.
