of Waterford, died April 22, 2017 at 69 years of age. Loving husband of Gayle. Dear father of Tracey M. (Jason Binder) Jeffers, Scott C. (Tracy) Jeffers and Nichole M. (Michael) Kamie. Grandfather of Cameron, Kayla and Audrina. Charles enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, listening to his music and Clint Eastwood. He loved his dog 'Captain Roni' but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.p
