HIRST, CHARLES KENNETH, age 65 of Waterford, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family on October 19, 2022. He was born on June 19, 1957 in Ferndale to parents Kenneth and Martha Hirst. Charles proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Auburn Hills Christian Center where he was actively involved in ministries. Charles was passionate about fishing, an avid bowler, and loved plane watching and drag racing. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Susan Hirst; children: Shawn Rogers, Victoria (Jim) Walker, Amanda (Raymond) Frisbie; granddaughter, Ruby Susan Walker; siblings: Margie (Jon) Diskin and Steven (Peggy) Hirst; sister-in-law, Vicki Hirst. He was preceded in death by both parents, and brother, David Hirst. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Auburn Hills Christian Center. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10am.
