(nee Benge) of Waterford, passed away February 4, 2019 at 69 years of age. Dear mother of Dawn (Billy) Lemaster, Heather (Jason) Roback, and the late Angela Norman; grandmother of 6; great grandmother of 7, with one on the way; sister of Raymond (Kathy) Benge. Charlene was a loving mother and grandmother. She was content to stay at home with her diet Pepsi, Cheezits, and playing Uno or coloring with her grandchildren.
