Loving companion of Richard Sapelak; beloved mother of Terese Marie Fernandez, Debra Ann Fernandez, John Fernandez, and Michele Lee Fernandez; grandmother of 6; great grandmother of 9; sister of Patricia Narhi and the late Catherine Evans. Preceded in death by 2 grandchildren and 3 husbands whom she loved all dearly. Carolyn retired from GM after 30 years of service. She enjoyed dancing, music, and visiting the casino. Carolyn was loving, generous, and became 'mom' to all who met her.
