SMITH, CAROL ANN of Union Lake, passed away November 20, 2022 at 80 years of age. Carol was the eldest daughter of the late Ernest and the late Norma (née Barker) Smith; loving sister of Janet (William) Boyd and Shayla (Craig) Smith; dear aunt to Steven Boyd, Shawn (Mark) DePeal, David (Amanda) Smith, and Stephanie (Mike) Jacobson. Carol loved to travel, spend time with family and cared deeply for family pets. She will be remembered for her caring nature and love of family. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11 AM COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Tuesday 10 AM until time of service. Burial will take place at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery, Clarkston. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Michigan Animal Rescue League in Carol's memory.
