of Ortonville, Michigan formerly of Fremont; died February 24, 2016. He was 80. Born February 17, 1936 in Fremont, Michigan to the late Clarence and Dora (nee: Jolink) Buitendorp. He is survived by his wife Shirley Anne Buitendorp; two daughters, Tamara Pearl and Luann Gardner; two brothers, Jerry (Bonnie) Buitendorp and Alvin (Barbara) Buitendorp; preceded in death by one daughter, Carlyn Brandt. Carl owned and operated Westwood Barber Shop in Fremont for many years.
