BOGGS, CARL GRAYDON, of Pontiac, MI passed away August 1, 2021 at 75 years of age. Born January 12, 1946 in Huntington, W. Virginia, son of the late Stanley Willis Graydon and Mae Virginia Boggs (nee Nelson); beloved partner of Brenda Gardner for 26 wonderful years; father of Melinda (Brian) Sword and preceded in death by son Kenneth Boggs; proud grandfather of 3; dearest brother of Allen (Gaylene) Boggs, Ronnie (Robin) Boggs, and Kathryn (Brian) Marang. Carl proudly served his country in the United States Navy. A hard worker, he worked for General Motors for 30 years as a fork lift driver until he retired. In his free time he enjoyed going to the antique car shows and the Woodward Dream Cruise in his 1998 red Mustang. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and community. A funeral service will take place on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD. Burial follows at Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Thursday August 5, 2021 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
