POINTER, BYRON LEE, age 66, of Clarkston, passed away December 7, 2023. He was born on May 31, 1957, in Pontiac, Michigan, son to the late Jerry and Kathlene Pointer (nee Patten). Loving husband of Jill for 47 wonderful years; dear father of Lauren (Joe) Naboychik, and Stefanie (Rob) Carson; proud grandfather of Gabriella, Claire, Avery, Evan, and Emmy; brother of Kylee (Jerry) Molina. Byron worked for General Motors for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed deer hunting, traveling to Florida, boating on Houghton Lake, and cheering on the Detroit Lions. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, 11:00 AM at Coats Funeral Home-Clarkston; 8909 Dixie Highway. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
