(nee McNeal) of Rochester Hills, passed away November 22, 2016 at 88 years of age. Loving mother of Carole (the late Danny) Poulin and Darrell (Kathy) Freer; grandmother 'Gram' of Todd (Tammy), Audrey (Matt), Michael (Amanda), Jaclene, Kaitlin, Karianne, and Adam; great grandmother of Baedyn and Layla Jean; sister of Glen Rose (the late Reed) Schell and Ronald Dale (Shirley) McNeal. Preceded in death by sons, Mark (Linda) Chapin and Philip Freer, grandsons, Carl and Jeff, husband, Harold Chapin, parents Glendon and Clara Bell (nee Boone) McNeal, and the father of her children William Freer. Bonnie graduated from Lake Orion High School and retired from the Oakland County Road Commission in 1994 after 17 years of service. She had an infectious giggle, and beautiful smile. Her family will love and miss her very much.
