of Waterford, passed away January 30, 2019 at 79 years of age. Born on March 5, 1939, in Manila, Arkansas, the son to the late Melvin and Novah McCain. Beloved husband of the late Rebecca 'Becky' McCain; loving father of Lori McKee, Tanya McCain and Billy W. (Kimberley) McCain Jr.; proud grandfather of Scott (Ashley) McKee Jr., Christa McCain, Erika (Justin) Chrispen, Justin (Alyssa) McCain and Brandon McCain; great grandfather of Jaden McCain, Duncan McCain, Alison McKee, Aria Chrispen and Zander McKee; dearest brother of Anita, Donald (Jamie), Terry (Patricia) and David (Judy). Preceded in death by his siblings Edgar, Mary, Junior and Elvis. Billy served his country proudly as a veteran of the U S Army during the Vietnam Era. He returned home and retired from General Motors with over 40 years of service. During his years with General Motors, he went back to school and received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Oakland University. He was a Past Master of the Masonic Lodge Cedar #60 in Clarkston. Billy was also a long time member of Oakland Woods Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, taught Sunday School and Greek.
